Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original velvet box and packaging, ensuring all authenticity certificates and tags are included.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
